Along with $120,000 in donations from members, Billings TrailNet provided $346,000 for engineering, building Phase 1 in 2019, and matching funds for the City of Billings’ BUILD grant for the Skyline Trail.

The Inner Belt Loop, with a trail alongside it, will connect Highway 3 to Billings Heights. It’s now construction time!
